Si vous observez chaque artiste ou peintre, vous trouverez qu’être artiste c’est d’être un humain, pleinement. La plupart travaillent et s’adonnent à leurs passions. J’ai eu la chance de côtoyer plusieurs homologues notamment à l’exposition d’art à l’ambassade de Luxembourg.
J’ai rencontré et observé tant de personnes créatives et je peux vous dire avec une extrême confiance que la routine est un facteur important pour tout artiste. Tôt ou tard, quand on s’adonne à une passion, on met en place une routine, parfois sans s’en rendre compte.
Mais ce n’est pas toujours aussi simple. De nombreux artistes font face à une difficulté commune : trouver le temps pour s’adonner à ce qu’on aime faire. Si vous demandez à un artiste, qu’avez vous pu travailler cette semaine ? La réponse est souvent, je n’ai pas eu le temps ou je n’ai pas pu travailler comme je l’aurais souhaité cette semaine.
En tant qu’artiste peintre au Luxembourg, je me retrouve parfaitement dans ces réponses. Étant moi même mère de famille, entrepreneure et artiste, il fut un temps où j’arrivais difficilement à m’exprimer à travers l’art. Mais j’ai trouvé une solution que je souhaite partager avec vous aujourd’hui :
Avoir une routine et s’y tenir
La planification d’une routine quotidienne réussie permet à l’artiste de rassembler toutes les parties de sa vie pour faire un spectacle incroyable. Certains préfèrent le matin tandis que d’autres sont plus créatifs en soirée. Ce sera toujours votre choix, mais il est important d’avoir ce moment pour vous déjà planifié à l’avance.
J’avoue aussi que cette solution peut vous sembler d’être un peu forcée ou le fait d’associer votre passion a quelque chose de rigide mais croyez-moi, c’est exactement ce qu’il vous faut.
Une bonne routine ou planification de votre journée ne va pas seulement vous aider à vivre votre passion, mais ca aide aussi à prendre du temps pour sa famille, travailler l’esprit libre, sachant que vous avez déjà peint ou que vous allez le faire après.
Il n’y a pas de routine égale pour tout le monde, du genre : se réveiller à l’aube, vingt minutes de ci, quarante de ça… Au lieu de cela, il y a la possibilité d’essayer différentes solutions pour savoir laquelle nous convient.
Les deux premières semaines sont souvent les plus dures. Si vous n’arrivez pas ou que vous manquez de peindre un jour peu importe la raison, ne soyez pas dure avec vous-même. Dites vous ; je vais reprendre la ou j’ai arreter et continuer à m’exprimer !
